Sam Flannery

Managing Director

Sam's background as a diesel mechanic means he can turn his hand to most things that need pulled apart and put back together! 

It made sense to take on this challenge to lead a team of capable staff in the water and air industry. 

Outside of work, he is Vice President of the Southend United Football Club, enjoys tinkering in his shed and is partial to a dark beer with friends. 

Director

A Chartered Accountant with a background in the rural industry. Her role at Dynamic is in the finance, health and safety and marketing space. 

Out of work Holly enjoys riding her horse, when time permits, and outdoor activities with the kids!

Workshop Manager

Ian is our 'go to' guy as he has been working for Dynamic since he left school! He is key to the designs and bespoke air systems and oversees the installs as well. If this is something you need, Ian will speak your language. 

Outside work he is a family man and spends a lot of time at football and hockey during winter. He plays for Western FC and supports his children in sport also. 

Sales Extraordinaire 

Ian is one of the first to greet you in the showroom. His knowledge for our products is top notch. He is often fielding calls from afar requesting specific parts which he handles with ease. For anything technical, Ian can put his problem solving skills to test.  

Outside of work he is a family man and is kept very fit and strong with his kung fu. 

Sales Superman

Russell has recently joined us after a long retail history in the automotive and lighting industries. He has an eye for detail and likes to make sure customers receive the great service they deserve.   

Outside of work Russell enjoys tramping in the great outdoors and spending time with family. He is kept busy following along their hobbies too!  

Workshop Planner

Trevor plans the day to day work for all service staff whether in the workshop or in the field. He orders the parts so juggles the logistics of keeping our customers going. 

Outside of work he loves to spend time with his large family. 

Service Technician

Kieran is an engineer by trade and has a varied background with boats, cars and trailers so can turn his hand to any task. We are delighted to have Kieran join our capable team in April 2024.

Outside of work he is a regular at Teretonga racetrack here in Southland and can be found throughout NZ racing during the season!

Service Technician

Jordan has a 9 year history at Dynamic Maintenance and after a short break he is back! He is enthusiastic about all things compressor related so he is your man!

Outside of work he is a family man and enjoys tinkering on his woodwork projects in his well set up garage. 

Administration

Bronwyn does all things admin which, as we know, keeps the place compliant and ticking along! She is paramount in keeping all systems up to date and the rest of the team on task.

Outside of work she is a keen gardener and loves a camping trip to Central Otago with her family.

Work Experience

Alex is here on work experience and helps out in any area required. He is learning a lot about putting pumps, compressors and sprayers together and arranging the showroom. 

He has been a great addition to the team. His first priority is school and joins us most afternoons. 

When not at school or work he is part of the local cadets. 

Pest Controller

 Say hello to Boris, our newest (and furriest) team member! 

He’s recently found his forever home with us and has wasted no time making himself comfortable—whether it’s draped across the counter or flopped dramatically on the floor. 

We haven’t seen his pest control powers in action, but we’re crossing our paws and hoping he’s got what it takes!
